Find Your Flow, Feed Your Soul

Create joy, peace, and strength through yoga.

Meet Laura

Laura is a 200-hr RYT certified yoga teacher passionate about creating joy through yoga.

After practicing yoga for six years on and off, Laura found herself leaning into a regular practice when she moved abroad. Immersed in studio and beach classes, as well as day and weekend retreats, Laura discovered not only the power of mindful movement, but also the transformative impact of breathwork, meditation, and true presence.

In addition to her yoga training, Laura is a registered dietitian, bringing a well-rounded and grounded understanding of holistic health. Her gentle, supportive approach reflects a blend of clinical knowledge, ancient yoga philosophy, and practical, modern mindfulness.

Now having settled back home in West Cork, Laura has been teaching for two years. Her classes are thoughtfully designed with creative breath-led sequences, woven with grounding moments that invite students to cultivate joy, peace, and strength - both on and off the mat.

“ Laura’s yoga classes are amazing. I had never tried yoga before but now I attend regular studio classes. The way Laura holds the room with such a beautiful energy is perfect. She is dedicated to making each class special incorporating breathwork, yoga philosophy and meditation throughout. ’’

Testimonials

‘‘ I love the calm, peaceful, serene feeling I experience during and after your class. You always deliver such a personal session - making each student feel like we’ve had a private class. Many thanks for all your support - so appreciated! ’’

Mary, 50

Laura is such a kind and knowledgeable yoga teacher with such a lovely aura. You will leave her sessions feeling relaxed but also energised and proud of yourself. I have left some of her classes, emotional and much more grounded - something that I usually cannot achieve. I can only recommend Laura for your practice.’’

Clem, 30

I love Laura’s humble way of guiding her classes. She meets her students in a very natural and human way. Each theme makes you intentionally connect. My favourite part is the endless giggles when trying new postures - facing the challenge together. I look forward to meeting the group and myself on the mat every week.’’

Absolutely! Laura’s classes are designed to be accessible for all levels, providing modifications and a step-wise approach to building your yoga practice at your own pace.

What equipment is required for online classes?

A yoga mat and a stable internet connection are all you need. Props like blocks or straps are optional; household items such as books or belts work just as well.

What if I have an injury / concern that may hinder my practice?

For a practice that includes physical movement, sometimes giving the body rest is needed before returning to the mat.
